Today my friend came to my favourite yoga studio with me for the very first time.
If you have spent anytime with me or read my blog or followed me on Facebook
than you know I am a big fan of yoga.

And I never get tired to seeing the place I practice through the eyes of someone new.

I love my studio and the sacred space it creates for me and everyone who comes to grow,
to stretch,
to breath,
to evolve
and bring whatever is going on for me to the mat.

Today the yoga teacher shared about how important it is to have a sacred space.
A place you can come and BE.
A place that is familiar and yet new each time.

Do you have a sacred space?

I have been thinking a lot about this lately when it comes to relationships.
Where do you go when your relationship is struggling?
If you are like me you likely do one of two things:

Withdraw and try to figure it out yourself
Go out with your friends and try to forget about it.

But what if there was another option?

A place you could go when things are hard.
A place you could go where you could be supported.
A place to go where you didn’t have to figure it out on your own.
A sacred safe place where you could be your real, messy, authentic self.

I decided to create that space for you.
A space where I would come and support you to have the relationship you crave.
And the best part is, you can bring anyone you want to join you.

I'll see you there!

To spaces we can grow in,
